You agree to use this website only for lawful organizational purposes. When submitting operational friction feedback or calendar scheduling requests, you guarantee that all provided metrics, staff scales, and company emails are authentic and that you hold full authorization to share them.
JouleOps provides operational system designs, ritual guidelines, and executive alignment frameworks. We do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue milestones, or headcount savings. Success relies on your team's tactical execution and alignment with our coaching methods.
All framework documentation, meeting templates, ritual guides, visual process layouts, and blog content on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of JouleOps Ltd. Clients receive a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials within their own organization.
To the maximum extent permitted under Albertan law, JouleOps Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special operational losses, project delays, or team disruption stemming from our coaching strategies or diagnostic reviews.
These terms and all coaching agreements are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively within the competent courts located in Calgary, Alberta.
